An anti-religious bigot should not expect tolerance from anyone.

A load of sheep that have to believe in something because they cannot accept that there is nothing after death.

Its not simple at all. And theres a great difference between expecting someone to change thier beliefs and simply tolerating something.

A friend of mine is a Christian. We totally disagree about practicing homosexuality. We are however still good friends and have a respect for each other although we dont always see eye to eye.

Im not trying to 'force' anyone to change beliefs - but then you realise that you're just being an argumentative moron as per usual.

Do you make bigotted comments about your friend's religion to his face?

So then the Bible can be left alone to be read aloud to teach everyone it's words?

That depends who you're talking to. Some debates are really interesting but your school of thought helps me to deal with the morons without losing my temper.

The bible teaches whatever the interpretor takes from it. There are Christian gay churches. There are also gay muslims - who still consider themselves muslim regardless.

There is much debate even within specific religeons about how one should worship and judge (or not) - and its not just the gay thing people disagree on.

Then try not to muddy the waters anymore than it is!
Stick to the subject at hand! (Those that hate the bible because it teach's "hate"!)

Noodles... Heres an interesting quote from boys with lesbian parents...

Julia’s little boy says “I want a daddy.” Darlene’s little boy tells his mom “we could find a daddy and he could move in with us.” Three year-old Ian--fatherless by the decision of his “single mother by choice” mom Leslie--watches TV with mom, continually pointing at male figures on the screen and saying “there’s my daddy.” Leslie explains “no, we don’t have a daddy in our family,” but little Ian doesn’t get it and continues to point and ask.

But that does not matter to you does it?
Because your rights are more important than the rights of the child!

Chew on this....
In lesbian homes, parenting strategies are used on boys without input from anyone who actually knows what it’s like to be a boy.
