I am in love with my partner but I am still just as much in love with my ex, how do you deal with this sort of situation

I got them both to move in, and gave them enough sex to make sure they were quiet and well behaved

Well if you love them both i would stay with the current partner. As your ex is obviously your ex for a good reason.
