I don’t think that the size of your clit is that unusual but neither is it common. You have to remember that every embryo starts out with the ability to develop into a male or a female and our sex bits start out the same. Your clit could have developed into a penis and is exactly the same sort of tissue. Blood rushing into a penis makes it grow and stiffen which is exactly what happens to your clit. You’ve even got a foreskin (hood) so your description of it as being “like a little penis” is absolutely accurate. Female labia are really just an empty shrunken scrotum but we don’t develop testicles we develop ovaries.
