Inverted nipples can indeed be embarrassing; I know this since I once suffered from it too. Luckily it was removed though continuous of using the Nipplette suction device which will work well with inverted nipples that are not yet severe or still in mild condition; medically referred to as Grade 1 inverted nipples. Yes, there are certain Grades of nipple inversion, so it’s important that you know what your case is.

However, if you have a much serious case of nipple inversion (Grade 3), then the Nipplette suction device will be of no use. Your only hope of getting them back to normal is through an inverted nipple correction surgery. My cousin (I guess we have it in our genes of having inverted nipples ) had undergone surgery for her nipple inversion and she said it went just fine. No issues of losing sensitivities on her nipples (for now at least) and she said they indeed went back to normal.

By the way, don’t worry much about your inverted nipples because it’s just normal (can happen to both men and women) and can easily be cured

hello there, i am 19 years old will be 20 next month and i to have inverted nipples.
i am extremely embarrassed about the way i look topless and even though i have been with my partner for 3years now i still feel uncomfortable taking my bra off or letting him touch me there. i find it really embarrassing to talk to him about it and i always feel like a complete freak when we do. My partner did some research for me and came across this nippleetes thing and i was curios as to weather they actually work?

i work in a mothercare, in the toy department and have been made aware that the company sales them? because i dont work on the same floor as that department i wouldn't no but i am to embarrassed to talk to an college about it is there anything anyone can tell me about that nippleets device and any other advice i could get from anyone?

Inverted nipples are a rather common occurance, Don't be self conscious about them or ashamed of them. Be proud of what you have.

Im 17 and I have inverted nipples. I have had them since I was born. And they never pop out. They are always inverted. Before I hit puberty I always thought they would come out. But once I hit puberty, at about 11 or 12 years old, they stayed the same. Ive always been severely depressed about it. I already have so many insecurities about my body and this just makes it so much worse. I never knew what they were called until i looked it up at 14. It made me feel much better that other girls have the same problem. I thought something was wrong with me. Im a 34D and Ive never showed anyone my boobs before. I am sexually active and I have a boyfriend, but ive never showed him my boobs. I hate it! All I say is that I dont like them. And I never told him why. Idk how to tell anyone about it.... And I dont think I will ever feel normal or beautiful because of it. I see all these posts saying how you should feel unique and blessed. I know that there is no way for me to learn to love my boobs because I hate them so much How do I tell my boyfriend about them? Im so scared he will be disgusted...

hey, all I can say is just to go forward with it, because I'm 100% that it bothers him more to never see your breasts than your inverted nipples will.
Anyway, I wanted to share with you that I had grade 3 inverted nipples, meaning that they never came out, even after I used nippletes for several months. I just recently had surgery and I'm so happy that I did it, because now I won't be embarassed to take my clothes of in front of anyone really. I never told anyone about this, not even my mother or closest firends, and I was always sooooo embarassed to take my bra off in fornt of my sexual partners. So if you have a chance go to the surgery it's really worth it!

Don't worry so much about them. Once you get pregnant and have a baby they will cone out so you can nurse. Until then just enjoy wnat you have.

^^this is is not necessearily true. Some women with grade three inversion may not even be possible to nurse, because their nippels are just too inverted. I had that and couldn't manually pull them out, it was even difficult to do that with nippletes. I'm pretty sure it would be very difficult or impossible to breast fead for me.
