Your story is wrong. Jolie wasn't "axed" from her job as spokeswoman in 2010. Her contract was only for three years - from 2006-2008. SHE was the one who elected not to renew her contract when it expired after she posed for the spring 2008 campaign. And why is Jolie even being mentioned? St. John was in the red when Jolie started as their model. At the end of her contract they were in the black. When she bowed out they chose to use Karen Elson as their model, so Jolie was actually 2 models ago. Also, Oscar winner Kate Winslet is the current spokesmodel so why are you making the story about a model who's contract ended over 4 years ago? Because mentioning her will get St. John publicity, that's why. Elson and Winslet won't get them any attention, but Jolie will. Well played, St. John, well played.

Um, Angelina last work for this brand in 2008. She wasnt "axed," her contract was up. She wasnt renewing, and neither were they. They had 3 models and another actress you might have heoff of - Kate Winslet. It really does speak to the power of Angelina that you have to go all the way back to 2008 and use her name in all your pieces to write about this company. Maybe St John should have made her another 12 million dollar offer 5 years ago, perhaps they wouldn't be going bankrupt.
