I'm glad somebody reads my posts properly. I was gonna let is slide and not post again but since you bought it up... I had just turned 20. I couldn't even legally drink booze, but I could legally take on a huge responsibility that I wasn't prepared for. I wanted to back out of it, but so many things were happening at the time and I was too shy, too embarrassed, and too timid to do what I should have done which was run, and run fast! By the time you guys married at the age of 24, I had divorced, married him again, and was left a widow.

I would say calling it laziness isn't usually the reason for not marrying. After all, marriage isn't for everyone.
