Snoring Damaging Relationships

Postby Natasha (FF Visitor) » Mon May 16, 2011 11:34 am

You can the read the full article at: http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/relationships/Snoring+Damaging+Relationships-301.html

Great article and video! I can proudly say that I WAS the snorer and my boyfriend the poor victim that was subjected to it - but that was until I found snoremeds anti-snoring mouthpiece. It works by moving my lower jaw slightly forward, making sure that my throat stays open while I sleep and allowing the air to flow through easily- without creating the horrible snoring sound! What was even better is the fact that SnoreMeds also came in a smaller size so it was the perfect fit for my mouth... a true relationship saver!!

My other half snores like an irritated troll. But only when he is on his back, on his side it's just heavy-ish breathing. I find giving a firm kick is enough to get to roll over.
I like to tell people I have the heart of a small boy. Then I say it's in a jar on my desk.

If you are over weight, start with weight loss and then once thats sorted, see a Dr, they can help.
