at times I am very wet and enjoy sex but a minute later into doing it I am dry as a rug, does anyone know what can I take to make me more wet naturally. I want to try something like a herbal supplement, but not no creams

there is always lube, of course, and there are many new and excellent (and tasty lol) new lubes on the market. also edible oils. and don't forget your partner's tongue!

The two universal lubes are WD-40 (not for skin, developed for NASA), and spit. Some of the silicone lubes for skin/sex work well. Many women no mater how excited they are can become dry, while others are wet from start to finish. Its odd, but I can never guess which woman it will be based on any criteria...

My wife use to be the same way before her doctor gave her something to take.Her doctor told her that it has something to do with her going into early menapausal.

Some of the plastic lubricants for skin/sex perform well. Many females no mater how thrilled they are can become dry, while others are wet from beginning to end.

The vagina tends to become much dryer after menopause and penetration can become painful.
