I have been taking actislim for 5 days now. In 5 days I wouldn't beable to say I'm loosing weight but I've definitely lost my appetite and am very very grateful! I eat my 3 light meals a day and don't feel the urg to snack at all, I am just not hungry. I have always been a comfort eater so I'm very happy with this product because even if I wanted to eat just for the sake of eating, well I simply can't because I am not hungry.

I did the trial and I thought it was great and now I have started taking the 3 week pack.
I have totally lost my appetite and no comfort eating, I used to eat if it was there... now I can look away and not think twice, in fact I simply have no appetite to take "just one bite" of that cake or etc
Energy wise its amazing!
Weight wise I have only just started so I dont know yet, but if my appetite is gone so I eat healthy and I have energy to move around and go for a walk (Im not an exercise person) - all this considered it would be very unusual if the pounds didnt come off...
I think it works for people that have comfort eating issues
I also started multi vitamins, I have read that vitamin D deficiency can cause weight gain... so Im really trying to balance myself on the vitamin side also

just bought actslim today cause i need something to help me curb my apetite;
i do go to the gym thrice a week and have been on herbal life for 6months;drop dress sizes )2( but unable to shift the pounds; am so tired of not loosing the weight and just at my desperate end to try anything;hence bought this today; any advice

I started taking ActiSlim night and day 4 days ago and have lost 4lbs! I can't quite believe how but I am not hungry anymore and have not yet experienced any side effects. I wanted to post this because there are hardly any customer reviews about this wonderful product. I had taken Thermoslimmer by Studio Products many years ago and lost weight but I had to stop taking them because I was losing sleep and feeling sick. I am still waiting for any side effects from ActiSlim to occur. Will keep you posted.

Its true that you loose weight, in one day I have lost 1 kilogram.

But is it REALLY WORTHY?

Have been on ActiSlim for 4 days. So far have lost almost 1kg and it has really helped to stop hunger pangs. Am starving by breakfast and I get hungry again around 6pm but even eating a small amount makes me feel full both times (this doesn't normally happen without the pills - I have been known to hoover up more food than most men). Am not exactly huge (5'3 and 59 kg) but have put on an extra stone as a result of binge eating. So far no side effects, haven't had the shakes and am sleeping like a baby

Yes I was very thirsty and a tad anxious to start, but the anxious, more alert feeling was no different to having a can of redbull.

I am a size 10-12 and at 5"10' that's about right for my height but I would like to be a size 10 dead on.
I am a terrible picker and snack often through the day. These pills take away the snacking urges and surpress my appetite.

Suppresssed apetite is what I seek, am Very prone to the jitters tho, so am reluctant/hesitant to get some for a test-run.

hi ive just started taking actislim platinum today and i feel very wide eyed and alert is this normal if so does anyone know what is causing it and does it settle down?

Hi,

I've been using Actislim day and night, for four days - no appetite and felt very sick for most of the day. Mouth very dry, too. I think it may have been, partly, due to the fact that I was taking these tables on an almost empty stomach. I had to stop taking them for two days, after which I felt fine again. I've started taking them again today once I'd eaten something, and with lots of water, rather than on their own. I only need to lose half a stone, at most, and during the four days that I originally took them, I lost 3lbs. That said, if they make me feel sick again, I'll have to give up. Just not worth feeling so rough. And my head felt very fuzzy, too! Can't recommend at this stage, but I feel it's important to be honest about how they made me feel!

You say you've only taken Actislim for "one day"? Yet, you say the pills kept you awake for 48hrs? (2 days)...hmmm that just don't Square! lol
