First up I'll say I'm a regular for colonic wash professionally and home (to save money).
I call it a "wash", because thats exactly what it is. The old "get rid of toxins", is BS. The waste you wash out if left alone would soon be poo'ed out regardless and within days replaced by new poo. At best you wash out the contents stuck in pulips that some people have. Its questionable on how benefical this is as again its soon replaced. Humans are supposed to poo almost daily, the gut if you eat an normal diet is perfectly capable of dealing with this. What are these toxins? No one has ever given me a chemical analysis.
Why I do it and most I know, simple. Makes you thinner. Princess Dianna was known to do the same. Wash out a few kg of poo from your waist area and you will be thinner. This is great if going to a function and you want to make that special gown look even more special or wearing a corset where a good wash out enables an easy extra 1" tighter. There are some advantages to knowing you won't be doing a No.2 during the big event either. Ladies, great if you are getting married where you spend 8-12hr in a usually tight and movement limiting wedding dress.
After a good wash, I tend to not feel the best intially as your gut has been streteched a bit, but give it about 4-8hr, it really does make you feel well (no this is not get rid toxin rubbish).
Oh and yes after a good wash, if you are into backdoor fun, it does give the confident feeling of playing in the backdoor does not mean playing in the mud.
My HB built me table to enable me to wash myself out to save money. Its not as good I think, but gets the job done. I did him recently after he ate alot of nuts which can cause him to have bowl bloating, gas and uncomfortable motions. One good wash saves a few days of discomfort.
Must admit when lying there on the table and they start the speil on how this will remove toxins etc, I almost laugh andjust want them to flush me out.
So go for it, and just realise you are basically having reverse diarear
