i just recently took plan b.. get PLan b..theres two kinds..plan b is like 5 dollars more or free if you have health care but its better and more effective..you get 2 pills and u take one right away then the other in 12 hours. however you can take them both at the same time and its recommended (pharmasist told me to do it).. you actually have 5 days to take it since it takes 6 - 9 days for a fertilized egg to implant on the uterus..but the sooner u take it the better and less chance you have of becoming pregnant. the morning after pill (which no one told me beofre i took it) will not allow a fertilized egg to implant in the uterus thus it basicly kills what is already becoming a baby. if there even was an egg around to be fertilized..since you were on your period its almost impossible to get pregnant..but take the morning after pill as soon as you can then go to the doctors and get birth control
