TV programmes displayed for toddlers are usualy for the benefits and to make them learn good things. But the thing which arise here is that at such an small age the toddler is not having experience to accept what is good or bad and it is the duty of parents to look after childrens with due care especially in the starting years of the baby at small ages. The baby will be helped maximum by his/her parents at initials and will be followed for his life the same beliefs. :D
