This one really made me chuckle. You are right that they were not in New York for the holidays but the funniest part for me had to be JT giving Jennifer a 'purse'. That only shows that the 'source' knows absolutely nothing about him. Also the part about him getting "disgusted" and riding off on his bike to a friend's house. I am still not as familiar with Jennifer's temperament as most of you might be but from what I have seen, she seems very even-tempered and that is yet another thing that she and JT have in common. I am not trying to say that they never fight. What couple doesn't? I am sure they have their hot buttons just like the rest of us but there is no way JT got so angry that he left her and rode off on his bike. He is much more likely to spend hours trying to resolve a conflict than to allow the disagreement to fester or worsen, especially with Jennifer. I wonder what goes through his head when he reads stuff like this since he has never been a part of this tabloid mudslinging. I can only guess that if he does see it, he probably laughs as hard as I did

LuvJTheroux I agree with you too that the purse bit was also a dead giveaway. I only "know" Justin since he's been with Jennifer (though I'd seen him in some of his prior projects), and I thought that sounded ridiculous given what I've learned about him since they've been together. Likewise, if he knows Jennifer at all I would think he wouldn't be buying her a purse either - this is a woman who reuses the same couple of bags for years, not one who is eager to collect the latest "it" bag. Besides, I'd be shocked if they only got each other only one gift!

And I also agree with you about the hilarity of these tabloid writers thinking Jennifer decided to "fight" with Justin over a purse, and that it would be so heated that he would "ride off on his motorcycle" - I honestly think the people who write for these publications have the maturity level of a 13 year-old. I mean they seem to forget they are writing about two 40+ year-olds who are living together and committed enough to be sending joint cards and making charitable donations together. What amazes me more is that there must be people out there who believe this nonsense since they keep writing and selling it!

You are so totally right Maryt. They do seem to forget that these two are mature adults (although JT does have his endless boyish charm ) who are indeed committed to each other. It is still so weird to see his name and face plastered on the tabloid covers when I am standing at the checkout line in my local Duane Reade, but I guess it comes with the territory when you are suddenly dating a huge star and his smiling face says she is worth it. Personally I dislike photoshop that puts two people together that weren't together because it misrepresents the people in the picture.
It's one thing for a group of fans to do that kind of thing on a closed fan site and exchange it between like minded fans however it's another thing to post it on a public forum where anyone can pick it up and re-post it anywhere.

I may be in the minority here but I prefer not to have photoshopped (beyond touch up) photos posted here because it will become to confusing as to what is real and what is not.

I guess this just reminded me that I'm going to have to look at every photo from now on to determine if it's from a real agency or not because that's a pretty good photoshop.

The casting of the mother is "very tough" for the HIMYM team. "There's one school of thought where she turns around and it's Jennifer Aniston, some huge star. Or you might want someone you've never seen before."

The weather outside may have been chilly, but things were definitely heating up inside the private residence that Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux rented in Telluride, Colorado over the holidays.

"Jen and Justin spent every night in," a source tells Us Weekly of the oh-so-in-love couple, who stayed in a luxe 13,386-square-foot cabin. Though they ventured out during the day, a witness adds that Aniston, 42, and Theroux, 40, "kept a low profile."

A third source adds that Aniston and Theroux took daily ski lessons -- and it certainly paid off! "Jen is a really good skier," Aniston's good pal Chelsea Handler tells Us. And she should know -- the Chelsea Lately host, 36, spent six days with the couple in the picturesque ski town.

On one occasion, Aniston and Handler left Theroux behind for a girls-only fireside chat over red wine at the hotel Lumiere Telluride. "They were in ski clothes and stored their skis while they hung out," an onlooker tells Us. "Came right from skiing. Super casual."

Once Handler left town January 2, Aniston and Theroux stayed behind an extra three more days -- no doubt to enjoy each other's company before they begin promotional duties for Wanderlust, in theaters February 24.
