Exactly! AJ likes black. I have lived in the Middle East, and women there envelop themselves in black when they go out. I had a Arab friend who is super modern, dresses in the latest fashion but when she goes out she looks like all the other women on the street. Covered in her black abaya. I bought one to bring home. In Iran the cover/cloak can be of any color, even printed material, I guess as long as one is covered.

White does not reflect heat, it reflects LIGHT (black absorbs, white reflects). Light produces HEAT that is trapped by clothing (or car interiors, buildings, etc.). Heat is dispersed on the body by air and fabric porosity, which has nothing to do with color. (BTW People wear black in the desert because it doesn't show dirt. In Saudi Arabia, sheiks wear white because it reflects better and they have access to washing machines ).
