In my very open and well written comments the assss was also Jolie but you missed that, which court should I go to :)

I knew who you were referring to but I just wanted to add without a doubt I, too, had in mind Jolie.

Who else would you have in mind ??

You know what, I'm done with teenage drama.

And interestingly, the more mature people with reason raise no voice...

I - of course - battled this lady down, but I got a few of advice say to you.

Why are you staying so defend less?

WHY don't u voice your opinions???

I don't think it's Freekloon. She has a tendency to bring down Aniston in any posts. And her posts tend to be on the short side. She's not interested in actually swaying opinions but mocking Aniston. This one is different. She has an agenda of damage control before the trial (though I don't see the point as I highly doubt any of us will be in the jury pool).

Have you actually read what this guy has to say, if you have, then you must know he is NOT playing with a full deck. He tends to blame everyone for HIS own personal shortcomings, Angie has kept him from being rich or successful, of course he throws in Oprah too, because Oprah didn't help him get his "book" published and wouldn't take him seriously, or answer his many letters he wrote to her....smart Oprah. And of course he throws Brad in the pile too, because according to Braddock, HE was the first to think of MIR..NOT Brad, so therefore Brad stole from him too...and then there's his partner in all this crap, none other than dear old Bakira, yep, the one and same oid celebrity hound that FAILED in her attempt to smear Angie and has now gone off with her tail between her legs. And the funniest thing the PSYCHO has to say is that he ONLY wanted to "help" Angie so he could then turn around and make sure she was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize, which in itself is funny, considering this guy has not gotten RESPECT from anyone, and THAT too he blames on Angie....LOL...LOL..

Are you trying to say something? LOL...LOL...LOL

And have you read, what you wrote? You write nonsense! These and like you're trying to spit it, and go on his hands? Why? These things, he wrote, oOprah, make it right, Jolie, etc.? Yes, he wrote, but it proves that there are clues and evidence of all, they all saw his screenplay that tells the truth, and it accuses Jolie and Brad! Because he was well aware that this is not her screenplay!
First, I do not know where someone says that he blames for communication? He does not blame anyone, and do not know what kind of partner you're writing, but obviously you're sent to the trash from her team? Secondly he never blamed Bakira, but your beloved Jolie disses the woman. You are very transparent stink!
And this S*** your are unfounded! Go to heal, you will not fail anything, you are very well known. The court will prove, when they see all your S*** Jolie, right, and contacts, and she said that she saw and knew? Certainly knew about his book, and she and Brad.
Read the meaning of what he wrote you idiot! Chronological order! You do not know to read, and did not understand the whole story, because you're stupid, that you and led you to pay for his insinuations high price!

I never said he "blamed" Bakira, I said he joined forces with Bakira, which is what HE wrote, he contacted Bakira to try and bring Angie down, he actually said this. I hope this guy gets the chance to open his fool mouth in front of a judge, then he'll find himself in the same Insane Asylum dear old vaj is residing in for the rest of her unnatural life.(by the way, you're RAMBLING and making no sense whatsoever...LOL..LOL)

Again you talk nonsense? He was not forced Bakira, because she is without him and his association "Women Victims of War" demanded stopping the shooting of her film in Sarajevo and managed. Jolie has not allowed this woman to look into his eyes, and hiding from her, spit on it. He was contacted by Bakira, not on it? Bakira is it given all the evidence lies Jolie letters! Therefore, do not be afraid to start with an educated, Braddock, not stupid like Jolie. Do not hope to make a mistake, I was vain. He knows very well what they say, has not yet spoken to the media, if any, your Jolie goes down.

What Braddock has to do with anyone here, anywhere, to putting it on the same level with some Vaj or whom? Really you're talking nonsense! You do not understand, that the court was not female, nor any of the portal, and the only person that, when opened his lying mouth, it will be Jolie!

Anglina Jolie's Next Role: Live Courtroom Drama

In The Land of Blood of Honey, Angelina Jolie GK Films; Dave Allocca/Startraksphoto.com

There will be Blood, indeed, but it'll be shed in a Los Angeles courtroom.

Angelina Jolie has lost her bid to have a plagiarism case against her dismissed after a judge ruled that the copyright-infringement suit involving her directorial debut, In the Land of Blood and Honey, be moved from Illinois to Los Angeles.

Journalist James Braddock filed a complaint against the writer-director last December, claiming that the film cribbed his novel The Soul Shattering, which was published in 2007.

Jolie had asked that the case, which was originally filed in Illinois, be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. Judge Robert M. Dow Jr., in an eight-page memorandum obtained by E! News, transferred the suit to Los Angeles and denied her motion to dismiss the case.

Dow stated that he decided to move the case because the majority of relevant documents and principal witnesses are in California.

The ruling also names Jolie as a principal witness. "Ms. Jolie, who resides in Los Angeles, not only wrote the screenplay but also directed and was a producer of the film," it states.

Braddock alleges that Jolie gained access to his book, which was originally published in Croatian, while researching her film. In his lawsuit, he also claims that he had been in discussions with a producer about adapting his novel into a movie but, unbeknownst to him, that the producer had purportedly been in touch with Jolie about the project that would become In the Land of Blood and Honey.

The film went on to snag a Golden Globe nomination for Best Foreign Language Film, although it was widely considered to be a critical disappointment.

Actress Angelina Jolie disputes lawsuit over her film
By Steve Schmadeke and Tribune reporter | March 7, 2012
Angelina Jolie is asking a Chicago judge to dismiss, or transfer to California, a lawsuit claiming her 2011 film “In the Land of Blood and Honey” ripped off the work of a Croatian journalist. The Oscar-winning actress writes in a court filing bearing her signature that she doesn't “regularly travel to Illinois for business or pleasure” and has no other business ties to the state. “None of the work I performed on the picture - as writer, director or producer - occurred within the state of Illinois,” she wrote.]

Then again Matrix script writers/directors lost their battle to the female writer's case. Plagiarism was proved and Wachowski brothers were fined a huge amount of money since the movies made two and a half billion dollars... At least Jolie will not have to worry about that part...

GOOD point! If a writer won the case against the bros that means Braddock can!

That means Braddock MIGHT!

It might look like the same plagiarism case at first but there is no war involved on the Matrix movie.(Well, except the war on us all, lol) So it is just a plain plagiarism case. it is what it is. We've seen MANY cases before.

There is something else to deal with here.

This belongs to an extremely painful war of our time. So, if there is a plagiarism of any kind, written in blood and in r****, I believe the consequences should be bigger.

Is Braddock following? I think and hope so.

If you know ANYTHING about the Matrix case, then you KNOW that Sophia Stewart had a very good case against the Wachowski Bros. and Warner Studio. The woman had actually submitted a manuscript to the Wachowshi Bros in the mid eighties after reading an ad asking people to send in new sci-fi works. She had written the manuscript in 1981 and had it copyrighted. The Wachowski Bros actually used the woman's manuscript while making the movie, so, DUH...of course that was plagiarism, and in no way resembles the case that crazy bradDICK doesn't even have...LOL...LOL..

One of the most famous plagiarism cases ruling in favor of the plaintiff was Art Buchwald's against Eddie Murphy's "Coming to America" film. It's an old case so I don't remember the details well except Buchwald was successful.

Just because we don't hear of many other successful cases shouldn't diminish Braddock's chances. I admit he has an enormous challenge in going against Jolie's well-oiled and worked spin machine but dictated by honor, Braddock should have receptive ears. I think the dots are there to connect.

Here is the "Eddie Murphy" story, and it was won on "breach of contract".........In 1982, Buchwald wrote a screen treatment that was pitched to Jeffrey Katzenberg of Paramount, with the intention of starring Eddie Murphy, who was under contract to Paramount at the time. Paramount optioned the treatment in early 1983 and commissioned several unsuccessful scripts from several screenwriters. John Landis was considered as the director from time to time. After two years of development hell, Paramount decided to abandon the project in March 1985.
In May 1986, Paramount's rival Warner Bros. optioned Buchwald's treatment.
In the summer of 1987, Paramount began to develop a movie that was credited as being based on a story by Eddie Murphy, and which was to be directed by John Landis. The story outline was similar to Buchwald's story idea, and to the failed Paramount scripts that had been based on it.
In January 1988, Warner Bros. cancelled their version of Buchwald's project, citing the Paramount project.
When the movie Coming to America was released by Paramount in 1988, Eddie Murphy was given sole story credit. Buchwald was not paid, or even credited as the story writer. Buchwald sued Paramount for breach of contract, as his contract with Paramount stated that he would be paid a certain amount if his treatment were made into a film........Again, this in NO way resembles bradDICK's non-case......

Well I see similarities. For one, the connection of a middleman between the writer and credited "scriptwriter" and the intent to dramatize a story from the original writer.

So continue with your smearing of Braddock but the case goes on...... much to yours and Jolie's chagrin.

So you're suggesting that bradDICK had a "contract" with Graham King and Angelina....uh. I don't think so...LOL...LOL..LOL..all bradDICK has is a big mouth spewing out ridiculous accusations left and right and a book (not even in English at the time) that he was having problems finding a publisher for (obviously, NOT a best seller), and a need for MONEY.....

I know reading comprehension or even common sense isn't a strong suit for you, especially when loon mentality rules. But keep burying the existence of Sarkic like Jolie has for your only real defense.

You had better work some black magic on Braddock when the case proceeds. It's gonna get ugly...more ugly than Jolie's cosmetic surgery and anorexia have taken a toll...LOL...LOL...LOL...
