Stan Lee isn't going to say anything bad about Angelina unless she burns down his house. So, you can cross him off your list. He met her and said she was nice. That's all.

Denzel liked her in the movie they made together. I remember that quote. And she IS good in that movie, but that's been a while back. I think it's the same deal with Anthony Hopkins.

Robert De Niro was probably promoting TGS. And she was terrible in it, btw. Totally miscast. I know she was playing a slut, but still... she was awful.

This is a good recent interview with BBT, he is cordial, and Hollywood diplomatic about her and Stupitt. Pierce Morgan goes OTT (as usual) with his asski$$ing of the ho, telling BBT he clearly has to this day an incredibly close relationship with her. BBT straightens him out very quickly in his own nice way and informs Morgan that they don't really talk and he doesn't think she is the superstar she is made out to be. It's very funny actually. Gosh no, he would not have any problem going to the wedding because she is his friend and he is his friend. In other words, there is no jealousy, he couldn't care less about either of them. He would go if invited but really can't be bothered. He has always stressed that she is his friend. It's very clear he wasn't ever in love with her but felt sorry for her as a troubled soul, until he didn't want to deal with the crazy anymore. He did have children and she was out of control and bizarre. He wasn't going to have that distraction in his life, interfering with his art. I do think he is a true artist as a writer, director and actor. The Man That Wasn't There written by the Cohen Brothers, is one of his best works,IMO. There is very little dialogue but he conveys the character very clearly, mostly alone throughout the movie.

He saw thru the sham that the ho is. She thought his talent would rub off on her and make her more respected. He was not going to let her diminish his talent with her hi-jinx. He came from nothing and could see she was nothing but a spoiled Hollywood brat craving attention and not deserving it.

When he dumped her, she just gave up on the idea of ever having respect in Hollywood for any kind of talent, so she went after Stupitt. That was when I really began to see she was not a person of substance, just very superficial. Then she began her Mother Theresa campaign while her father was outing her as insane. She could have her picture taken with a million starving orphans it only makes my opinion of her worse. To see her brag about wealth while claiming to care about the poor disgusts me. She used and still does, unfortunate children and people as her "cause" for the reason that her and BBT broke up,to hide the fact that he cheated on and dumped her. She is a despicable human being.

He doesn't straighten Morgan out. He answers the question and he doesn't seem hostile at all. He can't spill anything new though so he tries to avoid to "will you attend" question because it's too personal and that's his right. How you can read such hostility in that is beyond me.
He even implies he already knew about the engagement so clearly they are good friends. Why else would he ask her to write some kind words for his book?
