Also, I apologize if the following question has already been asked and answered, but you mentioned that an extremely skilled surgeon could correct, at least somewhat, the surgical missteps she's taken in the last six years or so. But given that so much of her skin has been nipped, tucked, injected, implanted, and stretched, is it truly possible for her to "reclaim" her face? Or would it be more of a Bruce Jenner thing, where the surgeon would be limited to just taking the edge off the mess?
Hu
I actually think that she has pretty much corrected them for the time being. Don't get me wrong. She's not going to be a raving beauty again, but she'll look decent. Once her eyelids drop a little, and she fills the discolored and hollowed undereye area, she's really not going to look half bad. Even her too-tight jawline will loosen up within a year, although the day is coming where that jawline is just going to be a problem for her no matter what she does. Anyway, she'll never look anything like her Alexander/MAMS phase, but she had to have known that came with an expiration date. You simply cannot shift all the planes and angles of your face around that way in your twenties and not pay for it for the rest of your life. That look was never going to last more than five years. But, it lasted long enough to get her what she wanted (unless she really is jonesing for a ring). There is no way, Pitt would have ever been interested in a "Hacker's" era Jolie, I think. Really, the only problem I see now is that her face and jawline are so taut that it makes her neck look way saggier than it should look at her age. I'd expect that to be the next area of focus. And yes, she's exhausting her options young. My guess is that she's relying on advances in filler to redo her face completely by the time she is 45.
Even now, filler can be better than surgery in the hands of the right doctor. Interestingly, just as Jolie's plastic surgeon was a genius, so is Jen Aniston's filler person (not sure if it's a plastic surgeon or a dermatologist). Aniston was actually aging backwards for awhile there, right around "Just Go With It." She has the best filler work I, personally, have ever seen. As an example, look at her smile. She is one of the very few actresses (even young ones) who rarely get even a slight "joker" smile effect because of cheek filler. Check out the photo below; I hate to use Meg Ryan because she's everyone's favorite plastic surgery punching bag, and she's really not even the worst offender. But, this is a good show and tell of bad filler -- overfilled in the cheek creating pouches under the eye, and the chin "smile" lines nearly meeting the cheek smile lines for a jokerish look.
Nearly all actresses have that look, although not to the extent here. It's a dead giveaway that your derma doesn't really know how to do cheek fill. And oddly, most don't. Filler is brilliant in the right hands, and you'd think HW, BH, BA celebs would have the best filler people anywhere. But the whole idea of filler is that if you can tell it's there, it's not applied properly.
Now, look at Aniston. I've seen maybe a hint of a joker smile on Aniston, but just a hint, and she has had a lot of fill, exquisitely applied. I mean, really beautifully applied. It looks like she stopped with the filler for awhile sometime back, but I think she may be using it again based on recent pictures. And she should. Her doctor/derma is brilliant and Aniston looks incredible. Here are some photos where she was definitely getting filler, IMO, and she looks absolutely gorgeous. Better than she did ten, or even fifteen, years ago, IMO. This is what filler can do in the hands of an facial artist:
Here you can see a tiny hint of the joker smile, just a small give-away. Otherwise, there's no sign of it. Amazing when you figure that she's essentially used filler to completely replace plastic surgery, as far as I can see.

Look at her face here. If you follow the bridge of her nose downwards, it's totally ascew when you reach the amor-bow on her lips!!
Suddenly her mouth points to the right, and her nose to another direction !!!
She should REALLY stop with the nose/ lip-jobs!!!

Looks like she got the tip of her nose fixed so it's less of rectangular tip.

I had noticed that too with her nose. It's crooked.
As many nose jobs she's had, it's a wonder there is any cartilage in that nose. Still, you'd think a silicone bridge wouldn't be that crooked.

It's like her face is directed in two different directions at the same time!!
