Her top lip is swollen on one side, I'm guessing probably hiding an outbreak under all that red.

I've never noticed that before. It's probably the injection site of the lip filler. She did have more of that telltale trout lip of enhanced lips.

Interesting. Boy, if she were to have red hair and a blue and white ruffled dress in that photo she would look just like Dorothy in The Wizard of Oz. Who knew? I always pegged her as the Wicked Witch of the West.
