Stefani does seem to be a good friend to them. She seems like a nice person.

Yes, she does. She also seems very loyal. She's still with her band while doing solo projects. She still works with her ex. When Jolie got slammed for the "blob" comment, Stefani was the only one who tried to defend Jolie by saying she thought her baby also looked like a blob. Not even spineless Pitt ever came out to downplay the "blob" blurb.

But I do think Jolie uses Stefani, just like anybody else she can keep her grips on.
