I say roughly, just looked on the internet. Moscow 1 bedroom apartment about 40 square meters, the center of at least about 350 000 dollars.
In my town in the center of the same apartment with the same area are asked about 150 000 dollars.
And if you take the luxury home, it is much more expensive. But it is the center or close to it, in other parts cheaper, but not by much.
So we looked for the money in the U.S. can take a nice house, but not in the area of 40-50 meters. I'm not mistaken? What price do you have?

it was obvious. And you know, it would be interesting. if there was a second round.
