Republicans were playing classless politics with Clinton. Ultimately responsibility should at least be shared though. Lying under oath made that 10x the story and Republican could. I say we bundle it with Nixon and call things even.
I'm suprised HBO would bother with a Sarah movie. Sorta three years too late on that one.
I did recently watch an HBO (I think) produced miniseries about John Adams. That was pretty good. Interesting to see the same petty politics at play back then too.
Lena, Again... I gotta call you on it [again] only because you call others on it. It's this name calling thing and what you consider mature vs immature. You confuse me with the double standards you have. NOT trying to fight. I'm a lover not a fighter.

But I am genuinely curious. I brought it up in the Obama thread and you bypassed my question, with good reason, possibly. I figured it was because I made a valid point.
tidho, Maybe call it even? I'm not sure. Okay, I'll go for it. Lying under oath made was the Repubs did look like nothing in the grand scheme of things. If a President can't uphold the law, then anything he had done good seems null and void, IMO.
Yes, the John Adams series was an HBO production. I saw it when it first came out. I'd love to see it again. IS it showing presently? The death of he and Jefferson within hours of each other touched my heart as well as the letters the two wrote to each other. I wasn't aware of that part of our Presidential History.
