that's the whole point of argumentum ad ignorantium - you shift the burden of proof fallaciously. the source of the fallacy is that something is true until proven otherwise. there's no more reason to suspect stephen lawrence is a drug dealer than rowan williams. a

if you - and it's you alone who appears to be running with this spurious assertion - realise your argument is based on a fallacy, why on earth are you pursuing it? there's no commonsense reason to believe it, any more than there is to believe rowan williams or any other apparently upstanding person is a drug dealer.

"how do you know rowan williams is not a drug dealer" and "how do you know tipsydipsy is not a drug dealer"... it makes as much sense to ask questions of these people as it does to ask them of stephen lawrence, unless you can point to one scrap of the public record which suggests he had a postivie connection to drug dealing.
