These days processed food is void of all the necessary life sustaining amino acids.. and these days most people don't believe in vitamins and supplements.. People think that a full stomach is all it takes to eat healthy... People think and claim, "Vitamins are for druggie health-nuts, druggie hippy-freaks, and druggie flower-children... The people who don't suffer are the people who understand about vitamins and nutrients, and healthy diet and living...
