Well it sounds like you had a great attitude about it! I hear it's normal to go for the hat first. Glad you had minikinis on. Bet some of the wimmenfolk had granny panties on :puke:

I didn't notice, just saw a white thong, also in one of my pictures. I am very liberal in life, I used to model clothed and nude, but then there is always a time and a place for showing your La Senza's or less. As I've said loads of times before, I've more things in life to worry about than people knowing my choice of underwear.

If I go back this year, I'll be ready again

This time with ear plugs and a bit more sun tan lotion.....

Well for Farnborough one of the essentials is ear defenders.

Get a folding pair from your local gunshop, much better and cheaper than the rubbish the vendors will be offering at the show.

It wasn't all that bad, the loudest was a Eurofighter. In the past I've used the little foam things I've worn in 'planes, as the pressure on my eardrums at times on ascent makes me want to scream.

Probably, I didn't ask..... Sometimes young women wear 'nana knickers' just because they are more comfortable, but not all the time.

Navy blue minikinis. It's hard to forget as my other half caught a few images on camera as I grabbed my dress, some with the hemline above my waistline. I made the mistake of grabbing my hat first which wasn't really going anywhere, but my dress I thought I was going to go over over my head. Being bra-less that day I didn't want to give too much detail away.

Happy days.....

sorry about that...sometimes it takes a few weeks and a rereading to get by "navy blue minikinis" and notice "caught a few images on camera". Lucky him! His shapely model partner braless in La Senza bikinis must have been wonderful for him to see!

It wasn't anything he hadn't seen before, it was just the way it happened. I've been caught out by winds reflecting off walls and when on ships etc, but this was a first, a photo of me trying to grab my dress and hat, and the source behind me being a jet fighter.

You hit the nail right on the head moira. I am sure he had seen you in your knickers before...heck probably even naked. It's the whole damsel in distress thing. Your travails made the picture. Just a shame I'll never see them. Thanks for sharing the thoughts tho...paints a pretty mental picture.

I know this is thread bumping, but I don't think there is a law against it. This is similar to what happened to me last year the last time I was at RAF Leuchars.
