Raining here, well when I say here we're nearly back home now. Someone (heh ) turned the sat-nav to Afrikaans so it could be a while.

I look forward to business meetings. When I get absorbed in a project, I can spend endless hours sitting down and that is not good. Having meetings at different locations throughout the day help break up long periods of physical inactivity.

Sitting down for long periods is something I can never seem to find the time to do unless you count driving, the longest I have managed to remain in one place this month, is fifteen minutes. I almost envy you but then again I am very glad I have my job so actually on reflection I am happy not to be sedentary.

Sitting down gives me pain after a short while, I'll be wiggling about and off away given the chance. Except for sitting when driving poncey cars, which happens in the course of my job.

Never found a car I could stand up in and drive so I suppose sitting down to drive is the only option
