Went down to the cafe earlier and had a very nice scone or two.

Nothing yet - it's only 7.45am.

For last night's dinner I coated some pork butterfly steaks in seasoned breadcrumbs and baked them, parboiled some potatoes and a small sweet potato, chopped them into small wedges and shallow fried them with some rosemary, and made a lettuce and tomato salad.
