What clothes are you wearing right now?

I bought two pairs of timberland boots. They were quite expensive - for me anyway - £85 a pair. Always liked baseball type ankle covering footwear. They were all one colour (black pair and blue) with just the Timberland motif on the back of the heel. Loved them but the heels wore down far too quickly to justify the expense.

Sorry for wandering off-topic but your mention of them brought back the memory.

( Dark blue casual shirt, dark blue pure wool waistcoat (sounds old-fashioned but very stylish...lol ), black army fatigue baggy trousers and plain black socks , no footwear)

They're a comfy boot if a little pricey indeed, mine were paid for by my company but I rarely wear them nowadays.
Waistcoats are ace, I have many different ones... bollox to fashion.

At the moment I'm wearing a gray polo and grayish blue kn ickers. Today I'll be wearing purple tee, jeans ripped to shreds(is that an american thing?), and either gray sneakers or flip-flops. Dress casual most days-in desperate need of a new wardrobe.

I have a faithful flat cap that I wear when I walk my westie dog down the country lane nearby to where I live. Currently have medium/longuish hair,together with chiselled face outline which suits it perfectly ( also helps to cover up when having a bad hair day !)

I knew it wasn't just me with no sense of fashion, boots & waistcoats are brill... what is your status regarding velvet clothing items?

I wore my flat cap out with the dog this morning funnily enough. I don't know if it's suitable for bathtime though... I'll have to give it a go.

With regards velvet items, I am afraid there we do differ. Do not possess any. Velvet not a good look on a man, though can look very nice on a woman. Anna Friel recently pictured in a velvet outfit being a good example. Not adverse to 'tipping the velvet' ...

Reference to chiselled look was a rather clumsy attempt to say flat caps do not suit all face types but can look great on right person.

Better you have someone place it on your head whilst in bath, less chance of it getting wet, more fun and appreciation guaranteed !

P.s Just out of interest what kind of dog do you have ?

No velvet...? And I can't say I've fancied "tipping" any but each to their own. Not sure about the chiselled face thing... I just like hats.

Well, I am actually in the bath now as that is where I bother the internet from of an evening and I'm afraid it's just a towel with some ginge underneath. Might wear the cap out & about tomorrow and give it a proper outing...
