I love it when girls walk around in flip flops (especially if they have nice feet). They can be sexy in a casual way when worn with jeans or shorts (and a tight t shirt or strappy top), but I think age matters. Best for young girls...up through mid twenties.

Flip-flops with a skirt looks terrible in most cases. Strappy shoes with a skirt + sexy legs is hot. Hippie style sandals are a major turn off for me.

Sorry, but I HAVE to disagree. Flip-flops almost never look good on a girl outside of a beach setting, regardless of what she's wearing. In America girls and their flip-flops are like a virus. They wear them in the malls, in the supermarkets, at the bars.... even in the White House! Look at this article and count how many girls are wearing flip-flops in the front row. That is just unacceptable!

I hate to say it, but so many American girls today have NO sense of fashion. I've seen British girls following suit too, and it's such a turn off. Last time I was in the US, this was the typical attire that EVERY SINGLE girl would wear... regardless of the setting.

Now yes... Jessica Biel is hot, but that outfit is NOT. This is something you wear at home, or if your at the beach, having a picnic or something. You dont wear something like this to the mall, or the cafe, or the bar. But it's obvious this hasnt sunk in in America yet because go to any mall, cafe, or bar and you'll see tons of girls dressed just like this.

I agree, the girls in the front row with flip flops look ridiculous. And I agree on the larger issue, many American girls (and guys) have no sense of fashion. Americans used to dress with class (< 1950s), but that seems to be a thing of the past (it's better in large cities).

Jessica Biel is hot, but she looks like crap there. She looks like she just came from the gym and switched her trainers for flip flops to give her dog a walk. But with all her money she could wear something more flattering. It doesn't even take money, I think it's collective consciousness as you were saying. Everyone else is dressed down so "what the hell!"

Comparing to my previous outing when in jeans or pants , i could walk faster than in tight skirts. My movement had been slowed down greatly by tight skirts.

If you look good and have a nice body then you should wear any length skirt that shows your legs. A short skirt can be so hot for obvious reasons but longer can be just as sexy. I saw a woman when walking home that had a white skirt that was about knee length. She looked so nice. I've always liked white trousers or skirts on a woman.

My wife wears jean skirts when she does wear a skirt more often than pleated of dress skirts. She wears pantyhose but only if its very cold out. She usually goes bare legs and her panties are not quite thongs but not full either. I guess its bikini style if thats the right name for them. She shows a lot of ass but not as much as thongs. She may wear sandels if its hot but not flip flops.
