eczema

Does anyone else here have eczema? I've just started to get it as I have never had it before in my life. My mother had the same problem in her early twenties between the fall and the winters. I've been to the doctors and all, but I was wondering of those that have eczema, what do YOU do to help it?

Apparently evening primrose oil, starflower oil and omega 3 oils can help - as they work on the skin from the 'inside.'

Try to watch the stress levels in your life too - or it could be a food intolerance.

Zinc capsules may also help.

Eumovate is the best thing ever for it-clears it up 100%-I swear by it!! Get it from the chemist-think it mite b behind counter so u'll have to ask!

Right now I take benadryl, Vitamin E, and I put on a special lotion.

My goodness you are a form of eczema........

Cortasteroid cream should do something. Are you using it? Vitamin E is an acid, I would stop using it. Avoid overly warm showers, exercise to make you sweat too much (gets itchier). Oatmeal soap should hep some.

Also, getting lots of sleep and as the other person wrote, keeping stress under control.

Its a very long healing process. I had it for years. Luckily, my skin changed with age...

Some say it's because he was spamming for the dying troll.com , there desperate for new blood I am told .

In another thead today Vim asks the Judge why he was banned and after a few posts between then them :

1. Vim asked why I am not banned ............for what ?

2. Judge says the Vimster was contacting people about how to join a certain other dying forum

3. Vim admits he was spamming for the dying forum ..........

Still am sorry Vim is gone . He let himself be used by some who only think about themselves and happily use people . Vim liked being at FF and lsitening to those things got him tossed out ............

I think you will find those are examples of your lies.
I was not spamming for any forum, and I was not contacting people.
I was contacted, I posted all the details up as I had nothing to hide.
I think you read things then twist them into what you want to believe.

If that is true Vim you should have been smarter and not replied or at least used e-mail .Can't blame FF for being wary about a bunch who first made trouble and tried taking over here then decided to steal members to set up a rival forum .

Also Vim I will tell you again for the jillionth time that while I resepct loyalty do think you and others are being used . Those two things may act all nice but belive you me are only out for themselves . It's all a big game to them and a reflection of the deviance inside 'em .Believe me while they may praise you up and down behind your back there laffing at you as a sucker...............

Ths site has for months been Lena first. As her posts are about at third grade level however it will appeal to the majority of the posters on the site.
