I would say don't wear a bra...wear a hernia belt....after lugging a woman and all her damn luggage and crap around..the bra ain't gonna do you much good! At least the hernia belt will display what the "fairer" sex does for the guy in her life!

A hernia belt is ineffective; it does nothing to restrain a man's breast from bouncing.

They are still very small, but definitely there, and quite noticeable; and, I can feel them. They are very soft and round and seem nicely shaped, actually. My nips have gotten larger too, and stick out now, which they didn't used to do (they used to be very flat). I'm very aware of my breasts now (they feel nice to touch, ha, ha...I actually like them). So... I decided to see what they felt like in a bra. I like it. It's just a very plain bra (a little training bra), but it has a little flower on the band between the "cups". I like it, and I feel good wearing it. If any of you girls wants to ask me about it, you can email me at wnotis (at) yahoo.com

Hahahaha, you all should realise that you're growing boobies coz yer all fatties.........hahahahaha.

How sadly close minded and immature of you. What gives you the right to poke fun of other people's physical condition? Grow up!

Gynecomastia is a condition in which firm breast tissue forms in males. This condition can occur in neonates, adolescents, and adults. For the large majority of boys, pubertal gynecomastia is not due to obesity.

Gynecomastia is usually caused by changes in hormones at puberty or as part of aging. Gynecomastia may be caused by changes in the balance of 2 hormones: estrogen and testosterone. Gynecomastia may also be caused by prescription drugs, over-the-counter medicines, illegal drugs, tumors or disease.

Gynecomastia is common in teenage boys. As many as 65% of 14-year-old boys have gynecomastia. If you are a teenager, you probably will not need tests. In 90% of teenage boys, gynecomastia goes away in less than 3 years. However, younger boys and adult men who have gynecomastia may need to have some tests.

Gynecomastia as a result of spinal cord injury and refeeding after starvation has been reported.

Medications such as cimetidine, omeprazole, spironolactone, finasteride and certain antipsychotics may cause gynecomastia.

Androstenedione, used as a performance enhancing food supplement, can lead to breast enlargement by excess estrogen activity.

Medications used in the treatment of prostate cancer, such as antiandrogens and GnRH analogs can also cause gynecomastia.

Marijuana use is also thought by some to be a possible cause.

If the guy is doubled over in pain because his innards are trying to get out...I think the last thing he or anyone else is going to give a S*** about is his boob(s) bouncing!

The guy may be overweight, suffering gynecomastia, or just have excessive tissue in that one area of his body.....it ain't for anyone to pass judgment on...what a retarded F****** thing to be uppity about!

Correct. However, the topic here is about men wearing bras, not his health problems. No one suggested anything about a man being fat or suffering from back problems except babbalou and you.

Your post on the hernia belt, like babalou's post, generalize men into a single group. I am sorry if I have misinterpreted your intention.

There is nothing to get uppity about a man wearing a bra, which is why I take exception to a response such as babalou's.

You did misinterpret! The uppity one was the one labelling guys with excessive tissue as uppity. Dude may be fat, but that doesn't mean he can't whoop their ass until even their F****** name hurts!

As far as the hernia belt thing goes...well that was actually just an side note, but worhty of mention for any guy needing support. If he does need to support something, I would say support the back or abdominal areas that are rpone to tears, not womens undergarments....that's just worthless

nobody

Should I tell my mother? I doubt she'll understand me. And since now, NOBODY except for myself knows about it.

If you are wearing a bra primarily to overcome a physical hindrance such as bouncing man boobs, then I see no reason for concern. However, if you enjoy the cross-gender experience of wearing a bra and/or other articles of female clothing then you need to take caution.

Telling your mother may not be beneficial at this time. The reason being that you have no experience talking about gender differences with others, and you have no support system.

Whether you ultimately choose to disclose to your mother is for you to decide. How open-minded is she? What do you hope to achieve? How do you plan to tell her? Is she close to any husbands, relatives, or friends who share your interest?

You may want to disclose your gender differences to seek some type of validation. However, disclosure can be misplaced.

It is great if your primary motivation is to share experiences and needs. For example, you may prefer to let your mother know in advance instead of having her discover it from another source.

However, if your primary motivation is to gain emotional support in a time of crisis then you may find your mother is so shocked by the news that little support is gained. Furthermore, disclosing during times of personal crisis may unnecessarily portray you as an unstable person.

It is usually best to seek initial validation as well as emotional support from people familiar with cross-gender experience. A support team becomes more essential as you incorporate more cross-gender elements in your life. Use your support team to learn about disclosure, listen to others' experiences, share your own experience, and get feedback. This will make you better prepared emotionally to disclose to your mother.

Exploring gender is a healthy part of self-development; you should do so with confidence! Should you choose to disclose, how much you wish to disclose with your mother is for you to decide as well. When disclosing, do not overwhelm your with too much information. Speak with confidence. Avoid overemphasizing the anguish you have suffered or you fear losing her. Give her the basics, and give her time to formulate and ask questions.

Good luck.

True. One can find peer support in the relationship section. Or use it as a source for finding peers in real life for a face-to-face group meeting and exchange.

Nothing is treated seriously in this place. That's why it draws the freakshows, and brangelina fans; the cross dressers and the trolls; the militant feminists and confused bisexuals. It is an open forum and everyone has different ideas of what is "normal" or "right." In this day and age, those words are lost in a sea of stupidity. Welcome to Stupid Posts!

bras in public

Postby Marce » Mon Jul 02, 2007 11:53 pm

Wearing bras in public is the highlight on my week. I usually wear at least a c cup in malls and shops and can usually get noticed-- by the more beautiful women the better. I like dd or bigger in the car--talk about getting noticed by passer-byes. Strutting my breasts in front of 2 or 3 women is even better--I get approving looks, giggles if they are younger women, and even have gotten thumbs up from passing women motorists. Can't wait to get my breasts and bras out and get them on for my weekly fix in the malls. Such a rush
