You're so right - say anything to get what they want. Second time around in two years, gave him another chance, wrong thing to do. No one but me knows the under side of him not even his longterm friends of 20+ yrs -wow, look me in the eye & lie, cheat on me again. You see I am an extremly good good person to everyone, even if they are doing wrong, I do understand the hurt and torment that lies within many people, but, a man that can pretend...well, I say anyone can behave a year, right? He loved the way I live my life, my values, my independence and he immulated me a lot...UNTIL, I think he couldn't hold that other side of himself in any longer...I let him be himself regardless so I could really know his whole being. Scorpio just can't hang with the really good side for very long, unless they are getting something out of it...be it mostly sex and attention and it HAS to be all about him, but even when I let it be he becomes more selfish. Scorpios are always attracted to me - you can sway me to do anything bad, wrong or deceitful. It all goes back to something that happened in our past history, parents, hurt, gf's, etc. and unless you work on yourself first you won't be fit for anyone else completely...Real Love...look it up...not immitation love...I call this the Hamster Love...instant gratification...feed me, to get what you want.
Okay, I was a clinical psy major 20+ yrs ago. My friend just turned 50 and he's a great guy for the most part. But, I can't be friends with him because of the veil he lives behind and the dishonesty is truly sad and damaging to the human spirit.
Was curiously reading the post and thought I'd throw in my 2cts...good sense that is!
