Why do you want freecity

Postby WHY? » Fri Jan 18, 2008 9:00 pm

It's a stupid brand that has had the same S*** for almost 9 years because the company is uncreative and charges $100 for a shirt that doesn't even fit right. The only people who wear this crap are lesbians and people who aspire to be a hollywood douche bags. BTW it's not RH Vintage because Ron does not have part in it. Why else would they change the name. Obviously someone wants to keep a reputation. Consider threadless for good tees. Better quality, better artists, better fit, and they cost 1/10 of the price.
WHY?

I just went to the supershop today and was REALLY disappointed with the service. I walked in, no one greeted me, and no one even glanced at me or acknowleged that I was even in their store ready to contribute to their business by..oh, I dont know..BUYING something.

In the end, I didn't buy anything(unfortunately). Hopefully the supershop will hire better workers, since they're extremely rude.

I am going to buy a freecity sweatpants from _. There is no size measurement on the website. Anyone can help me out? compared to other type of sweatpants or yoga pants. Are their pants more flexible or tight? I am 5.5 feet tall. I usually go for M on yoga pants. S works for me on flexible type. Anyone can give me some suggestions here? Thanks

Free City Staff SUCK big time

Postby apcoman » Sun Apr 06, 2008 5:34 am

Just got back from several hours at the freecity supershop.... what a joke.... a bunch of arrogant self absorbed wanna bees .... the staff are sickening... about as friendly as the same snotty punks that work at the melrose branch of ron herman....

ron, who is a nice man, should be ashamed. His staff literally drove me and several other customers away. They were busy talking to each other and ignoring the folks who were in the store ready to pay hundreds of dollars for clothing.... I won't give him any more of my money.

Do not go there. It is never cool to be arrogant and impolite....

Ron Herman in Forum Shops

Postby mlt020 » Wed Apr 23, 2008 1:02 am

There is a Ron Herman store in Las Vegas at the Forum Shops inside Caesars Palace. I went there this weekend and got a hoodie. They have a small selection but there were a couple other things I would've got.

About Freecity's _ store

Postby FREECITI » Wed Apr 23, 2008 7:25 am

Has any one already bought some stuff from the _ store?

I ordered a zip sweat shirt _ few days ago at the www.freecitysupershop.com
but they haven't send me any confirmation email regarding my order...
And I'm getting little worried about that.

Did anyone who has ordered from this store received any kinda email? or they just don't send anything like that?

The website is real, but they dont offer as many styles as the stores do...
Im 14 years old, 5'3, and a size 0( pants) and the "one size" fits nicely. I dont know if this is going to help because my mom is 5'5 and a size 4, but she also fits in "size two"... I hope this helps!

Free City

Postby Kengelina » Tue Aug 19, 2008 5:22 am

By the way, for those of you looking to purchase Free City clothing from outside of the US, ebay is a great place to start. Some sellers do peddle fakes, but if you know what to look for, they can be easily avoided. Here's some tips:

~ Ask seller what the inner tag says (it should say "made in the USA")
~ Ask seller if there is a registration number on the inner tag (every piece of Free City clothing has a rego number at the bottom of the tag)
~ Avoid the pale pink zip hoodies with the black Free City writing on the front and red dove, with red "Let's Go" on sleeve. They are fakes from Hong Kong, extremely convincing in photos (they somehow even have price tags with the Ron Herman signature - I'm sure that must be some kind of copyright infringement), but shitty quality on arrival, with no made in USA tag or rego number.
~ Also avoid the white zip hoodies with same colour logos as the pink - they are from the same company.
~ If a seller is doing a BUY IT NOW sale for a ridiculously cheap price, commonsense will tell you that the product is most probably fake.

Last of all, the Free City supershop _ is a great place to buy authentic pieces, although they only sell the base designs. You can find some of the more rare designs on ebay, plus, you can sometimes get lucky and pick up a piece for a cheaper price than the _ store.

Goodluck, hope this helps! :D
