That is truly disgusting and vile. The next time she tries to adopt a child, someone needs to send this pic to the child adoption agency and ask them why they are letting this promiscuous woman adopt when she clearly is having a passionate open mouth kiss with her own blood brother.

And she will teach any child that she raises to do the same with their siblings....poor Mad, Zee, Shi, Pax, Viv, and Knox. There are going to be some weird things going on in that household, if there isn't already.
