You MUST follow the directions! 1 cup a day for the first week and then 2 cups a day thereafter. This is to let your body get used to it, it has made me go to the
toilet more often and I have had a slight stomach ache but my aunt had advised me that this is because this tea detoxifies your body and what it is getting rid of has to come out! A lot of mucus can build up in yr bowels (yuck i know) and this will loosen things if you know what i mean when it is expelled. I have been assured that once you get over the first week things settle down, my friend has been using it for a couple of months and she found that is what happened.

I really like the taste of the tea so fingers crossed it will do it's job!

i have just received my tea tried it this morning went to the loo as i normally do nothing more but had little tummy twinges! is the correct way to take it 1 cup in the morning for the first week then 2 cups then on [1cup in the morning 1cup evening time]and do you drink tea after food, i have version 2 which i heard is better and works i read so many people hit the loo as soon as they take it well im still waiting for the stomach cramps oh i got mine from slimming solutions heard of them ? got good reviews from people who have consumed the tea.

My Mum says you can tell the tea is working if it makes you go to the toilet. I always have a cup with breakfast and it makes me go to the toilet when I get home from school. If I have more cups I get more stomach aches and go to the toilet a lot. My Mum weighs us every week and if I'm over 8 stone she keeps trying to get me to drink more tea. After Christmas for a few weeks I decided to have a cup every time she offerred me one and I drank loads. For 3 weeks I had bad stomach aches and had to go to the toilet all the time, but I tried really hard and got down to 8 stone. Now I usually just have one cup in the morning to help keep my weight the same and make me go to the toilet, but if I think I need it I have another one when I go to bed. Tonight I was 7 stone 12 pounds so it is working well. If I have to have more cups I'd rather have them in the morning so I only have to go to the toilet after school. My Mum suggests I have 2 cups every morning but she still thinks I ought to have it at night too. I would rather have 2 or 3 cups in the morning but none at night. Its OK at the weekend or if I'm not at school because I don't mind how much I have if I'm not going out so I often have it at breakfast and again at lunchtime. Can anyone say if it would work as well to have 2 cups with breakfast or is it better to have one in the morning and one at night?

I think you`d be best to have 2 cups a day, morning & evening rather than take one sometimes and more than 2 others. That is how its supposed to be taken.

You could take the evening one earlier if you want. I have mine about 8.00 and I need the loo urgently as soon as I wake up but having it early stopped me having a toilet need on the train to work.

I'm sure you don't need to lose weight but feiyan tea is good to maintain a weight which is why I have it (I'm happy at 9 stone).

And one more suggestion. If you are taking it long term its a good idea to stop for a week every couple of months to make sure your body isn't relying on it and your bowels stop working without the tea.

Re: Feiyan Tea

Postby justdance » Fri Mar 27, 2009 5:49 pm

I have recently started using this tea combined with the chinese fitness pills. To be honest, I don't know whether I have lost any weight but I do know that my social life has been severely affected by this diet. I have to be near a toilet and there have been a number of occasions when I have had company or been in a car and had a close shave.... I'm not sure the potential benefits of this diet are worth the sickness? After every time I eat (or even drink) I feel sick and shortly afterwards, or even a few hours after I have to go.... it's not very predictable and therefore it's easiest just to stay near the toilet... which affects any form of having a life!

I am also a runner and have found it too difficult to run whilst using this for the aforementioned reasons and also have experienced a shortness of breath - has anyone else experienced this? I also fear for my heart as I get palpatations...

I look forward to hearing responses about whether anyone else is experiencing this discomfort??

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties. I started exercising as often as possible and also cut down on a lot of high calorie stuff. Unfortunately I hardly managed to lose much weight at all. I then recently read an article by a lady who claimed that she managed to lose nearly half of her weight using a particular weight loss supplement. I tried it out and it actually worked quite well. Within 4 months I managed to lose about 65 pounds. The results were pretty amazing and I feel so much healthier and energetic now. You can read more about the lady's article at

What is wrong with you people??? Just get some excercise!and stop eating crap! worked for me. I've lost 3 stone over the last year 100% natural. Eat more healthy and exercise cut out stuff like sugar, sweets, crisps, fizzy drinks anything like this that you know is bad for you and drink loads of water...It also has a detoxifying effect on the body without causing any ill effects, toilet trouble or upset stomachs.

It helps it taste better if you put lemon in it!
I had a bad tummy for the 1st couple of days too but that soon passes. I'm not sure it's actually doing anything good though!
