In a rare moment of radio domination, (I typically listen to my iPod, as I hate ads), I got to listen to the Tom Hartman show. I get fired for political chats around here, with Fred75, but this guy spoke the truth so clearly, I felt relieved that a voice of reason and logic had access to the public airwaves. I didn't feel the need to contradict Fred on his life.

As long as Politicians have to give people what they want to get votes, there will never be enough money to please all the electorate, hence governments borrow money to achieve this and hope to pay it off after the next election, by which time they just borrow more and more.

Not all Americans love Obama. He is ruining our country. Just this weekend he took NO action against the guy who tried to blow up the plane over Detroit. He had his rights read to him and got medical care at a local hospital and now is lawyered up. He should have been turned over to the military to get as much out of him as possible. Then tried in a military tribunal as this was an act of war, not a crime like knocking off the local 7-Eleven. Now he has probably stoped talking on his public appointed lawyers (that we are paying for) advice. Bush would have had this guy at Gitmo by now as well he should have.
