You MUST follow the directions! 1 cup a day for the first week and then 2 cups a day thereafter. This is to let your body get used to it, it has made me go to the
toilet more often and I have had a slight stomach ache but my aunt had advised me that this is because this tea detoxifies your body and what it is getting rid of has to come out! A lot of mucus can build up in yr bowels (yuck i know) and this will loosen things if you know what i mean when it is expelled. I have been assured that once you get over the first week things settle down, my friend has been using it for a couple of months and she found that is what happened.
I really like the taste of the tea so fingers crossed it will do it's job!

If I have more cups I get more stomach aches and go to the toilet a lot. My Mum weighs us every week and if I'm over 8 stone she keeps trying to get me to drink more tea. After Christmas for a few weeks I decided to have a cup every time she offerred me one and I drank loads. For 3 weeks I had bad stomach aches and had to go to the toilet all the time, but I tried really hard and got down to 8 stone. Now I usually just have one cup in the morning to help keep my weight the same and make me go to the toilet, but if I think I need it I have another one when I go to bed. Tonight I was 7 stone 12 pounds so it is working well. If I have to have more cups I'd rather have them in the morning so I only have to go to the toilet after school. My Mum suggests I have 2 cups every morning but she still thinks I ought to have it at night too. I would rather have 2 or 3 cups in the morning but none at night. Its OK at the weekend or if I'm not at school because I don't mind how much I have if I'm not going out so I often have it at breakfast and again at lunchtime. Can anyone say if it would work as well to have 2 cups with breakfast or is it better to have one in the morning and one at night?
