Channel 4 Living & Growing sex eductation at school

Hi all im new so bear with me..

my 11 yr daughter is soon to be shown at school a dvd about Living & Growing, having spoken to one of the mothers she was shocked they at some of the content. has anyone seen this dvd for year 6? i was uanble to attend to preview it however i was unable to get time off to watch it. what are your thoughts on this please?

I have not seen the DVD so I am unable to speak about that but I can't imagine there will be anything in it that an 11 year old would not already know or at least have some idea about, but then we always ensured our children had their questions answered honestly and as completely as possible. If it is that there will be nudity contained within the programme which is your concern because of cultural or religious reasons then I sympathise but would suggest it is better that your daughter is infomred rather than ignorant, I do not believe it will in any way harm or upset her. Pehaps you should take the opportunity to watch the DVD yourself I am sure it is available from the channel 4 website if your concerns are that serious.
If politics were an honourable profession no self respecting politician would be interested in it.

i have seen it they show babies FULLY naked and PEOPLE FULLY NAKED aswell :tounge:
