for security reasons the "autorun.ini" file NO LONGER WORKS

It was DISABLED to STOP viruses from AUTO INSTALLING

this is not new
windows 7 - this IS default
vista - this was set by an update from MS
xp - this was also set from a MS update

now you can turn it back on
BUT THE NEXT TIME you plug in a usb drive ( this includes photo frames that come PRE-INSTALLED WITH VIRUSES, from the factory ) that is infected
YOUR COMPUTER WILL BE AUTO INFECTED as soon as you plug it in .

is this windows XP
or windows vista ( not good  )
or Windows7

it is listed in the file list
the left pane in the windows folder list
that list when you look at your HOME folder " My Documents"
that list on the left .

most likely under the name on the dvd game

or look on " my computer"
that should list the harddrive(s)
the cd/dvd
the network drives
local networks - if used

My games download is okay now PlasticAnne. Thanks for helping. I've manually installed it and if only I'd read the intructions carefully which asked me to manually open the game like Start-Programme-Scrabble-Play, I would have got it right much earlier.
