I do believe someone here deserves an award for
"most gratuitous use of the word shill in one day on a forum"...
Out of the eleven thousand posts on one site today I believe there were about a thousand mentions. I'm counting "sheeple" and "Greys" in there as well mind. :worship:

Ahh, all typed out... there's a quota, it's used wherever there is most action. And as even the most wingnut of wingnuts can see this site has indeed misplaced it's mojo. There's only so much traffic to be had from weird pervs I guess...

You know when you go sailing on a beautiful river and you look down and see those shiny little fishies darting from side to side. What a boring life they must have you think, swimming up and down, up and down, feasting on worms and stuff. Oh no, that's not all that they do...

They have underwater planes, tanks, barracks. Its a fish army paradise down there. Crabs on sentry duty, monkfish loading their guns, long-whiskered catfish getting soldiers in line for the famous battle of Algaculture. Sergeant Humpback rallying one and all.

Spitfires flowing overhead whilst every jellyfish and giant grouper protects the poor lungfishes and hagfishes that flounder about once alone. Fishes exchange gases by using gills that are located on either side of the pharynx but in these dark days they use chlorine gases to destroy each other's respiratory systems. Cod lay floundering at the bottom of the sea gasping for a breath, knowing a better plaice awaits them... praying beyond the faith that exists in the deep blue sea that their fishy sons and daughters will have a better place to bring up their young.

The fish war is not over and there are many dark days ahead.

Tonight when you go to bed think of the suffering that is occuring and say a prayer.

There's something fishy happening...

------------------------------------------------------

Aww, did anyone think this sort of thing had ever stopped...?  :rotflmao:

Poor little fishes.

Best to have a sturdy pair of waders on for combined fishing & spanking trips...

Have you been at the boilies??

The local angling club means for £15 (discount lady price) a year one can fish away around here with no day ticket bollox... not as free as sea fishing but global warming will bring that to me eventually.

You can get carp in the supermarket now...

According to a chap working in the gatehouse of the cereal factory next to the little river down the road, back in the day the workers used to go out in their lunch-breaks and catch loads of trout. :o

There's almost no chance of trout nowadays but this river has plenty of chub, it's only a couple of metres wide in places too. I have seen a goldfish in there... I didn't fancy that for dinner. I don't know if chub are much cop for scoffing.

Too bony I think. But otherwise should be OK. At least they eat mostly little swimmers, not mud.

I thought as much, I'll have a look on a fishing forum I lurk at sometimes maybe someone has scoffed one... a lot of those river fishes seem to be 90% bones. Perch are supposed to be nice but again, full of bones.
Maybe the Polish at work have some ideas, I know they like carp & pike...

Anyway, it's time I was getting some beauty kip...

Chub are far too boney according to a friend of mine.

But perch taste OK and I can vouch for that personally! 8)
