Things are definitely getting serious in the romance between <A HREF='http://www.femalefirst.co.uk/celebrity/?celeb=Jennifer Aniston' target='_blank'>Jennifer Aniston</A> and Justin Theroux.

After news broke that the actress had purchased a house in Bel Air, Calif., many wondered how Justin would fit into her new home.

"The house will pull them together in a way that hasn't existed up to now. It's their house. Justin put up a portion of the money so that it is truly both of of theirs, both of their names are on the deed and title. They couldn't be going stronger," a source tells OK!. "They'll create a nest together, combining both of their tastes. I can't wait to see what they come up with as a couple."

The mansion is not only 8,500 square feet, but also has a vineyard — plenty of room to grow in. "Jen is so happy to be done looking," reveals the source.

And will the couple, who have been dating since May, finally make it official now that they own a house together?

"I was somewhat shocked that they didn't get married on New Year's, but she's so in love, happier than she's ever been in her life with Justin. I've never seen her so at peace and so relaxed. The struggle is over," says the source. "The self doubt is over. Jennifer is over the moon in love with a guy who is on that same moon with her. Maybe a marriage certificate means nothing to her right now. She's got a lot of old fashioned beliefs and she will marry Justin. He's proposed; they've got the rings. It's a done deal except for it's not official."

Will be interesting to see if he is on the deed. I doubt it. He probably tried to give the change in his pockets to get put on the deed, but the garbage man can't afford to buy the guest house on the property, but I am sure he wants to be on that deed.

When this was posted I heard the collective Loon response: NO-O-O-O-O-O-O. It will enrage them if Jennifer marries when they ]have been predicting and planning the Brangelina wedding for 7 long years.

Why are Jolie's fans so obsessed with how much money Justin has? He's successful in his own right and I'd venture that he makes more money than they'll ever hope to.

Few people, Jolie and PItt included, will ever have as much money as Jennifer. In fact she probably has more money than Jolie and Pitt put together.

Let's give Justin's earnings a rest, shall we? Jen and Justin are happy, end of story.

Like their idols the may know what someone earns but they don't know what anyone is worth. Their 2 idols always trade up monetarily when falling in "love" they probably try for a guy with a car or at least a six pack of beer.

I certainly hope that this is nothing but tabloid lies, certainly Jennifer's attorneys would advise her strongly not to put a house she obviously is paying for in both their names. This is Hollywood, and staying together is iffy at best, and Justin could end up with a very expensive house without contributing a dime to it's purchase.

The article says he put up money too. Community property laws don't apply to oremarital purchases and properties.

For what it's worth, the celebrity net worth estimator site pegs JT at around $10.5 mil. That sounds fairly reasonable, given the work he's done as a screenwriter and producer, in addition to his acting.

There ways to take property jointly that will protect the parties' respective investments. I'm sure whatever papers they had drawn up clearly record the appropriate proportion of their contributions (e.g., 80%-20%, etc). Love or not, I can't see her legality financial people allowing otherwise. We all know she has more money than him. But if he put in a significant piece of his own money into the house, it's a big symbol of commitment, even if she could probably fish 2 or 3 million from her couch cushions.

Desperado loons always find their way to this thread after getting reamed on all the others. Just ignore her desperate pleas for attention and let her rant to herself. No need to defend Jen & Justin the way the loons feel the need to defend Brangelina. J&J are legit. We don't need to stress it to the loons for it to be true and nothing they say will make it untrue.
