What makes you think the rumor about the dog is true?

Not the original poster, but at around 20:45 of the podcast, Adam mentioned that J & J showed off pictures of their new dog.

Oh I see. I missed that part. Thanks :)

Hmm. "Refer back" is redundant (look it up), much like every one of your whiny 'my diaper is wet and I need my bottle' posts and you are replying to post that is about three pages old. Who can't move on again? Oh yeah...

Thanks for both clips everyone! Love the video of her behind the scenes for Instyle. Entertainment Tonight showed a bit of her shoot while they talked about it on tonight's show.

And lovely to hear about the dinner encounter (though that guy's voice is really annoying!) and that they did get a new dog together - hope she talks about it during promotion! Jennifer has some great friends - out with Courteney, then dinner with Handler, and Charlize Theron - nice!

For the comprehension-impaired loon:

In a follow-up statement to E! News, Pitt says his remarks were misunderstood. “It grieves me that this was interpreted this way,” he said. “Jen is an incredibly giving, loving, and hilarious woman who remains my friend. It is an important relationship I value greatly. The point I was trying to make is not that Jen was dull, but that I was becoming dull to myself—and that, I am responsible for.”

I see her name at least twice in this ONE quote. Jen has YET to utter his name. Not even once. Check mate dimwit. Let me guess..

"maniston, dog, jenhag, skinny jeans, PR, *fart*, *wheeze*, *whine*" .. #showercry, ________flatline____________

I agree. And its so nice to hear about them when they're both relaxed and out with friends.

I didn't know she was friends with Charlize Theron but from her interview (Charlize's) she seemed to have a great admiration for Jen and how she deals with the media so I can see them hitting it off. I love Charlize. She is gorgeous and also seems to have avoided the Hollywood mess. With Jen though you would never know her friends, she just has so many...lol. I didn't even know Catherine Keener was one of her good friends even when she defended her on today show.

He also mentioned her name several times during the Matt Lauer/Today "mia culpa" tour x2

"I don't want [people] to say anything bad like that about Jen," the actor tells Matt Lauer in an interview scheduled to air on the Today show Thursday. "She's a dear friend of mine."

The Moneyball star, 47, says all he was trying to say was that "the best thing I'd done as a father is be sure that my kids have a good mother."

"I think it's a shame that I can't say something nice about Angie without Jen being drug in," he tells Lauer. "She doesn't deserve it."

It takes some getting used to. But for years I used to fall asleep listening to him (Adam) and Dr. Drew on Loveline. Good times. He's quite funny and really unpretentious. If he says she was nice or sweet, then you know she really must have been, because he's not shy about calling people out for being jerks.

You know, the dog story was one I was convinced was made up. Huh, so one of the tabs was right for once. Blind squirrel, meet nut. :)

Me too! Loved Lovelines. Takes me back to my teen years. Unfortunately I'd always fall asleep within the first 40 minutes. :D

The guy's voice is annoying, but he seems to be an intelligent person and I do agree with his opinion's on a lot of things such as the 911 calls being public knowledge. Is he a radio host or what? I might just check him out....And lol I guess it's a shame I don't know who he is.

I'm going to sound like his publicist, but it's just that I listened to him for, like 7 years, though I drifted away from his podcast a couple of years ago. He was in radio for more than ten years (before that he was a boxing instructor and construction worker, so he's got a "normal guy" perspective), and he's done some comedy and reality TV (Dancing With the Stars, a couple of his own shows). He podcasts full time now, and still does some TV stuff, I think. Sometimes people think he's a meathead, but he's clever and got a lot of common sense.

Thanks. I will definitely check him out. I like smart individuals and he seems to know what he is talking about and not just saying stuff for the sake of it like something lets say Donald Trump would do...lol

I also thought that story was BS - so I'm surprised to hear otherwise. Though I'm not crediting the tabs with any scoop on this - they were simply lucky to have gotten right after reporting it at least 3 times over the last year. It's like the baby and marriage rumors - if they do eventually get married and/or have a kid these tabs might get it right simply because they constantly post these headlines! Doesn't mean they have any real insight.

It's the ol' broken clock adage. With tabloids they can always rely on that axiom with breakup, pregnancy and marriage rumors. If not for those stories, how would they publish any editions on a weekly basis?

I am stumped by the bastardization of the past tense of "drag" as "drug." It sounds downright illiterate. Yet he likes to improperly embellish his vocabulary with "big words."
