Ah tis fun but that has always been my downfall I prefer the fun to the politics, the laught to the backstabbing and enjoyng myself to the other shinannegins that goes on in the management scramble. Still I am not I hope a lying two faced backstabbing bastid.

I'm away from having day to day contact with the production staff so much and just deal with other project people... not that it stops me wandering around the shop floor now & then to get the mood and the gossip as I also know what it's like to only see managers when they peek out of the windows at the factory floor, that's just annoying.
So, I make sure I go out and talk to everyone, I don't see the problem with that myself as long as you're not disturbing the output a lot.
Some "managers" would have trouble spotting people that actually work for the same company because they are not in the offices.


I guess so, I've met some weird f*****s but luckily they are usually easily avoided once you've found 'em. Adaptability is what separates humans from the monkeys...
