100% agree . I don't like show off I dont like destruting blinding rocks for some thing you wear every day ring. It is very beautiful ring modest elegant and with meaning i bet. It looks great on her hand and with the wedding band it will be a great combo and I am glad he did something different not something similar with everyone that is more great. Brad could buy her 10 m ring and huge and too sparkly if he wanted but he didn't I am glad he went something just like them elegant , simple meaningful and rare. Great.

I like practical jewellery, the ring looks practical and aesthetically appealing. Good combo. It's just a symbol anyway and not even a good one (possession) but I get the tradition so I must concur, it looks nice And the children get that meaning probably so good for them.

I'm sorry but I don't agree with anyone who thinks that ring is gorgeous. It's very harsh looking for her hand, too squarish and does nothing to soften those hideously mannish hands of hers. Why didn't he do something with emeralds, it's obvious that is her favorite stone by the number of times she's seen with emerald rings on. He supposedly designed it with his taste in mind, and her taste obviously didn't matter to him. He could care less about what she liked.

Strange, you would think it's a "cheap" diamond ring, considering ALL the diamonds in the rings are flawlwss and perfect, I guess you having NEVER received a diamond, or ring of any kind from a man, wouldn't know about such things.

The best quality emeralds cost way more than diamonds. He went with the gray diamond because that's all he can afford right now.

The clarity looks to be excellent. The cut design is atrocious, what a waste of a nice diamond! The horrific cut isn't throwing the light back out of the top of the stone which is why it looks so dull, lifeless and grey (the grey is the metal reflection up through the stone). Why, why, why choose a diamond if you don't bother taking into account the properties that make a diamond attractive?

I'm with you on this. Worse, they did it to 16ct worth of diamond (cut), so much for not being tackily large.
