This may not seem like a serious matter but it is to me and my ever growing list of things that make me hate myself.
I will just give you a brief overview of myself.
Im 19, 9 stone, 5'6 and size 8 tops and dresses, size 10 in trousers (big hips and bum)
But one thing i have only in the last two years had a real problem with, sometimes to the point of tears, is that my thighs are huge in comparison to my lower legs, i know there should be a size difference but i mean out of proportion especially for my short legs.
I train three times a week, working all body parts and was told if i did thigh exercises it would make them thinner. IT HASNT, IT HAS MERELY TURNED THE FAT IN TO A BIGGER MUSCLEY MASS !! I need your help !! is there anything i can change about my diet or anything i can possibly do to get rid of this huge weight ??
