Another one of those great made up stories from the ever-reliable Now! I love that the article says she postpones her engagement, cancels her wedding plans, but then say that she was "hoping" to get engaged soon! If the latter was true, then the two former statements couldn't be anyway! You can't postpone something that isn't concrete and you can't cancel plans that you wouldn't have been made! And I wish these tabloids would stop this fanfic about her attending the wedding - she is not going to be invited, and she would never attend regardless. Please!

No problem! Nothing so far about tomorrow night's Comedy Awards. There was supposed to be more presenters and talent announced after the initial press release I posted here earlier this week, but so far I haven't found anything about this. However, even though she wasn't on that list it isn't an indicator that she's not going to be there - she's nominated for Best Film Comedy Actress, so simply by virtue of the nomination I think she will show. Especially given the list of people involved in this award (the nominating and award determining board, the announced presenters and talent - many of whom are good friends of hers, along with many of the nominees), and the fact that it is being taped to air next Sunday evening. Like I said before, JMHO, but I think she will be there. I would expect her not to attend only if she had some scheduling conflict. It's just common courtesy when nominated to show up.
Unless we get a sighting or candids of her between now and tomorrow evening, I think it's going to be one of those things where we'll just have to wait until the award show pics/articles come out tomorrow night to see if she's there! Last time they were in NY they were there a full week before we got any pics, though we did get sightings early on since they were out and about shopping and dining. If they are going to attend, they likely flew to NY today or sometime this week on a private plane, so it's not necessarily surprising we haven't gotten pics/sightings. This would be particularly true if they flew in today and just went to his apartment or a hotel - they probably wouldn't have arrived in NY until 5:00 pm or later, so the chances they were out and about shopping where they might be spotted is reduced.
Then of course there's the Television Academy honor for Five on Wednesday back in LA, so hopefully we'll see her there too. Again, I would be surprised if she didn't turn up for that as well. Personally, if I had to choose between the two for her to attend, I would rather it be tomorrow night's event since that is going to be televised.
