I do t think it's unusual or odd that she did t attend the a Comedy Awards. I was hoping they'd go and I thought it'd be a nice opportunity to catch up with friends and network, but, again, I'm not surprised. If either of them had meetings this week, I can see them not bothering to make the trip out just to turn around and come back right away (since the Emmys/Five thing is next week). It's not a major awards show, she wasn't going to win. I can see people treating it People's Choice Awards, since it's such a new award ceremony without major cache. Maybe they would've gone if there was a project to promote.

I would expect that JA would go to the thing next week, and it makes sense if she was getting her hair colored (or whatever) yesterday for an event next week.

Angie is in big favourable or honour news means, she either send cuntia to bash angie, or there will a she want brad rumor she give and deny to be associated or she will find a means to show up among 10 woman to get pictured. It is done over and over for 7 years. The problem is the interns don't call on her. I said all this yesterday and I am repeating so you will know what is going to happen.

Hopefully nothing's wrong but Jennifer, whenever possible, does tend to make concerted efforts to avoid the paps for long periods of time. She's actually pretty good at that.

Oh I agree - I don't find them hiding out from the paps surprising at all, though they've even been even good at not being sighted by anyone recently! But hiding from paps and not attending an award ceremony honoring your project are two very different things. Like I said though, I fully expect she and Justin will be there on Wednesday. And no, I'm not implying if she doesn't show that I think they're split - besides buying the house/renovating it and getting the dog together, they've just announced they are collaborating on another film project. I don't at all think anything's wrong between them. Not sure if this event on Wednesday has a red carpet/press or is just more of a private/industry thing - I suspect it will have carpet and press though. I doubt they would walk/pose together anyway, but hopefully we will get some pics of them from inside the event itself.

I didn't realize that the Wednesday event was to specifically honor Five. Very cool and I hope she shows. I hope its up for some Emmys which should be announced next month. Love that Jennifer worked again with Marta Kaufman from Friends.

Here's some more on the event on Wednesday - Five isn't the only project being honored, but 7 programs in total are being honored for using TV to create positive social change by focusing on issues of importance:

Seven Set For TV Academy Honors

The seven programs being honored at the Fifth Annual Television Academy Honors were announced today by multiple Emmy® Award-winning actress Dana Delany (Body of Proof), who will once again host the Honors presentation in May. The 2012 honorees are Dr. Oz, Five, Harry’s Law “Head Games,” Hot Coffee, Men of a Certain Age “Let the Sunshine In,” Rescue Me “344” and Women, War & Peace.

All of this year’s honorees use the power of television to create positive social change by focusing attention on such important issues as personal health, breast cancer, sports-related head injuries, the civil justice system, 9/11 first responders and the role women play as peace builders and creators of international law in global hotspots.

All of the recognized programs aired in 2011 on a diverse group of outlets: FX, HBO, LIFETIME, NBC, PBS, TNT and in syndication. The always-inspiring evening will take place at the Beverly Hills Hotel on Wednesday, May 2nd.

She got to come following Angie's or Brad's big news that is how it always go and when Angie got big things she either sent c u ntia to bash Angie or there will be a big bitter comment or something to make the tabs put her she want Brad so she can come out and deny and to work up her hags or she will like she is doing will find a way to go places so she can be phototgs amoung 10 women or something. It is the usual formula with her. The problem is the interns won't talk things like that about her.
If I were Angie I will do like this me another girl Brad in the middle after her honour and then looking at him and laugh and photos and be happy .Though it is her time, it should be like this for that day. Angie and brad don't know how to use things that is why I say thier PR is dumb.

I wasnt talking directly to you, maryt I was referring to another poster that said she seems to be hiding her body or something. Also, I was just saying that its really annoying how people are always looking at her stomach and judging how "big" it is. Every time she is not photographed for an extended period of time, people start speculating BS. THAT is annoying as hell. How about we all wait until she says she is, then we can talk about it? It really rude and disrespectful to "declare" someone pregnant just because they were wearing what other people deem loose clothing.

I actually didn't think you were directing that at me ThisMadScientist, and I agree with what you are saying about "bump watch." It's highly unreliable since there have been so many times now that people have determined she was pregnant and it's turned out to be just a bad pic, poor posture, bad outfit, etc. Like I said, at this point, I'm going to need some really hard evidence before buying into this pregnancy theory. I'm just saying that it isn't out of the question and work is not a determining factor against it either.

And you are very right that when she is off the radar for a while everyone starts to go a little antsy - the paps, tabloids, and public. I'm glad they've had some privacy recently, but some pics would be nice just to quiet rumors!

Very dipomatic answer, MaryT. ThisMadScientist, we all disagree with each other from time to time. However, personally attacking posters by calling them "rude and disrespectful" because they are speculating on a JENNIFER ANISTON GOSSIP BOARD as to whether she is pregnant or not is, frankly, far more rude and disrespectful than the speculation itself.

I'm not sure when this holie than thou attitude started becoming acceptable, but it is really off-putting. If it bothers you that some people are speculating as to Aniston's pregnancy or lack of, please -- just ignore the posts, instead of derailing the thread by making personal attacks on other posters. We get enough of that from the loons, who simply can't seem to leave this board alone; I would like to think that we anti's are better than that.

That bodyguard was just covering himself

ETA: To the guest that had a problem with my post. Let me ask you a question...if some random stranger came up to you and started asking you if you are pregnant when you are not, would you or would you not feel insulted? They are basically criticizing your body and calling you fat.

Speculation whether or not a celebrity is pregnant is something that isn't uncommon, but the problem I have with this one is the fact that it has been speculated SO MANY TIMES. Seeing the same "is she pregnant" talk over and over and OVER AGAIN just because of the simple fact she hasn't been photographed in a while IS annoying. And I bet she will tell you that she finds it rude and disrespectful. People need to stay out of her ovaries. Thats all.

Why she need to get coverd. If she don't want to phototgs she know how to do it like she did it in the past month when she doesn't want to get photogs. Her fakeness is what is more annoying.

I agree. I simply don't understand why the admin doesn't do something about it. I realize this is an open board, but I never realized that meant that seriously unstable people could spam it continuously at will, with pictures and identifying information supposedly about other posters. Now, I'll be **** in 3...2...1...

Honestly I think everyone is allowed to speculate on whatever they want as long as they are not being mean and disrespectful to other posters. I mean we all speculate where Jen is concerned and as long as we do so respectfully without making our speculation appear as fact then it's okay. JMO. There are many things that can be very annoying here, but stating it won't change that persons opinion so all you do is read whatever you want and move on.

As for Jen not going to the award show, I do not find it weird. I think I called that out long time ago. It would have just seemed like a lot of work to travel back and forth within a couple of days between the two events. I also think that the Comedy Awards do announce the winners in advance, but maybe not. If she doesn't go to the LA event then that would be suspicious, but I am willing to bet that she/they do go to the honorary event.

Thank you for the courteous and thoughtful response, TMS. But, with respect, I think you are missing my point. We are on a British GOSSIP BOARD, on a thread devoted to Jennifer Aniston. So, that's what people do. They speculate and gossip about Jen Aniston. Given the fact, that she has said many times that she wants to have a baby, it is natural that her fans are hoping to see it happen also, and speculate about it on occasion. I think I can safely say that none of us here would ever ask her this question if we met her real life. I think it is safe to say, also, that she is not even aware of this rather obsure board, and likely would not be bothered by the speculation if she were.

When asked whether she was pregnant last winter, after months of tabloid speculation, she said no, she wasn't pregnant, that she had quit smoking and put on a couple of pounds. Then she laughed and said something like, "see how easy that was? All you have to do is ask me." Based on her response, I would venture to say that she is accustomed to this speculation, and is not bothered by it as much as some of her fans might think she is.

I could see where this speculation could get annoying -- it does seem to be cycle around every few months or so. I would add that there are quite a few topics about her that I, personally, find annoying. I bet all of us have pet peeves about one topic or another. I just prefer to ignore those posts and respond to the ones that interest me. It's all about respect for each other as human beings, fans, and members of the same board. That's all I was trying to say. As I said in my earlier post, it's bad enough to wade through the loon garbage. It'd be nice if we could be kinder to each other than that.

Thanks again for reading and responding so nicely. I do enjoy your posts, and was just caught surprise by the one in question because I consider you to be one of the nicer posters on this board - as your response to me proved :)
