People who blast music out of their cars are selfish and only have half a brain cell and they just have to let everyone know that they exist because nobody really gives a damn about them! They are just stupid attention seekers!

Tickets are very high if you get stopped by the cops for having very loud music. If the music is loud the driver cannot hear the sirens of the police cars, fire trucks & ambulances.

It is certainly an offence in Spain. I was waiting for a friend in my convertible in Marbella listening to a local radio station at what I thought was a normal volume when two policewomen came up and told me that it was too loud and that I could be fined €6.000. I think their main problem, though, was that they disapproved of the way I was dressed! However it is an offence under the Ordenanza de Protección de la Contaminación Acústica y la ley del Ruido.

I saw a guy driving through Leeds the other day with his music blasting in a convertable car, he stopped at the traffic lights and it was Britney Spears he was playing lol! He thought he was sooo cool too

Concerning that most of these people are - among other things- practically deaf but can't read lips , you can send them the hootest girl you know, who will show them that she became intantly wet dripping by their presence and tell them her phone numero or adress, whispering the last 3 digits

The music does not bother me. However, I worry that these might be some emergency in the vicinity and thoise in the car will not be able to get out of the way because their music is drowning out all the sounds from the outside.
