What area are you referring to of those chemical trails? I know here the local government has sprayed pesticides to deal with the mosquitoes from spreading the West Nile virus.

And man, this thread is already on lockdown with such important information?

Can't sleep either. Emotions though. 

If it is lupus you are having a flare-up. Could be caused my many different things but stress is a big factor in auto-immune disease flare-ups. Hope you feel better and I know it is very difficult but try to get your emotions under control - will help enormously!

I know that stress contributes to disease, but I've always found it interesting that times I've had exacerbations due to multiple sclerosis, have been the least stressful times in my life. Go figure.

Every summer my arthritis and joint pain flare up. After reading comments on arthritis sites I've cut back on tomatoes (which I love), potatoes, peppers (especially hot peppers), aspartame sweetened drinks and sugar in general. It has made a big difference so far. I love to walk and I'm doing it without the pain I suffered in previous years at this time of the year.

if you suffer from restless leg, i did and started keeping a journal to see if i could find a connection. i didn't have it often so i knew it was something i was eating or drinking causing it. and soon i saw a common factor- Dr.Pepper soda drinks, which i didn't drink often. i haven't touched one in over a year and haven't had rls either. you should keep a journal of what you eat or drink till you find what causes some of the problems.

also my small son started suffering from acid reflux, he had a cough that started the same time in the fall every year he couldn't shake. it just started the last coulple of years so i spent a week on medical blogs and came up with 3 things i eliminated that it seemed all the people had in common with ar. first was our tap water, which has a funny smell to it, so i started boiling it and bottling it. second mcdonald's and taco bell started using a new product a couple of years ago in their fries and shells so i eliminated those which he rarely ate anyway. the reason it flares in fall and winter is because they don't exercise like in spring and summer, so exercise keeps it at bay also. but i think the water was the most problem. he rarely suffers from it now.

Not just trying to be cheeky but..... sex helps me when I'm in any kind of pain. A good endorphin dump will kill pain for a couple of hours. Of course it has to be good sex with someone who knows what they are doing to get the endorphin pay off
And sex helps most people sleep. For me some reason it has the opposite effect.

I totally agree cheeky Skel - it's truly amazing how pain can be forgotten during really good sex!!

Me too. I was enlivened after great sex. It actually makes sense biochemically.

Sex is all well and good but I can't achieve an orgasm with the husband. We've been together 12 years. It makes him miserable and I just "think of England". We love each other to bits though. And if you're wondering, no I never have been able to, not from the first time we did it.

Me too. Great sex enlivened me rather that put me to sleep.

Don't know why this post did not go thru the 1st time.

My posts won't go thru on this thread and I was not talking about chemtrails etc. Just said that great sex enlivened me rather than put me to sleep.

Sorry to hear that. Did you have orgasms with other men or by masturbating?

What about oral sex? A lot of women can't achieve orgasm just from penile penetration. So don't feel abnormal.
