The first pic doesn't look altered, except maybe a little airbrushing.
The second and third are more airbrushed than the first.
The last one that you claim is unaltered is completely photoshopped. Her hair and complexion are not even the same colors as all the hundreds of other pictures of her taken that night.

That is totally beyond my comprehension. It's like :
