don't go too low on calories, eat 6 small meals per day rather than 3 big ones, eat leaner foods with lower fat, avoid snack foods and fast foods, eat more at home or take food with you from home instead of eating out and think about what your eating and keep aware of what your eating throughout the day even if you have to keep a food log for yourself for a while and remember, if you feel hungry right after eating a small meal, wait 15-20 minutes before eating more; odds are after that amount of time you won't be hungry anymore.

I like the Diet tips given by rubertnrubert, do not eat too much food. take small portion in 3-4 times in a day and if you are more conscious about the weight and health you can take fresh fruit instead of fruit juice.

I guess the best diet is the one when you don’t eat cakes at all, you know all the baked thing, I think sugar is allowed (in tea and coffee) but not in large amounts. The healthy diet is supposed to contain many vegetables and fruit, meat should be stewed, no more fried food at all or in very small amounts.
well that’s how I imagine the healthy diet, I don’t feel I can manage living this way whenever.

The best - a separate food, carbohydrates in 1 half of day, the squirrel - in the second, is more than the water, any fast food and sugar. All is in the small portions and 5 times a day. And it is impossible to starve.
Truth it not a diet, and style of life. If it is your style, means shortly you become the owner of a beautiful figure!

first of all, try to eat food from the nutritional pyramid, then avoid eating any junk food.

that is enough to have a healthy diet.
